Super Breed™ cages are available in standard sizes of 18" wide × 18" or 16.5" deep × 18"/21" high, and can be configured in 2 to 4 tiers with or without catwalk systems. Each unit is constructed using 2.5 mm wire mesh dividers and 12-gauge galvanized-after-weld mesh floors in 1.5"×2.5" or 1.28"×2.5" options, providing superior durability and comfort. All structural components are made from commercial-grade 275 GSM galvanized steel, with rows offered in 4.5’ or 6’ lengths. These are supported by 14-gauge U-channel galvanized legs with adjustable feet to ensure precise leveling. Interlocking sliding doors allow one-hand operation for easy access and visibility, making flock management more convenient. Each cage line is fitted with a dedicated water tank unit connected to high-quality nipple drinkers through tightly sealed joints for leak-free operation. The system is designed for ease of use, with line-opening and closing handles for convenient maintenance and control. Water is supplied through 22 mm PVC pipes positioned at the center of cage dividers, with nipple heights carefully adjusted for both male and female birds. The standard design provides one nipple per two birds, with customization available upon request. This ensures constant access to clean, hygienic water, improving breeder performance, bird welfare, and overall productivity.
The automatic Weigh Tronic feeding system delivers reliable, precise, and energy-efficient feed distribution. Built with minimal moving parts, corrosion-resistant PVC-coated cables, and sealed wheel bearings, it ensures long service life with low maintenance. Powered by as little as a 1 HP motor, the system feeds an entire cage row with a soft-start mechanism that minimizes strain. The high-capacity hopper distributes feed in both directions, with viewing windows for easy monitoring and independent tier/fill shut-offs for accuracy and spill prevention. With feed regulated to an accuracy of ±4 grams per open, integrated pushers and sleds maintain uniform feed distribution across all cages, reducing wastage and supporting consistent flock health. Supported by cage legs for perfect alignment, the system minimizes derailment risks, while rotational sensors ensure safe operation. Unlike conventional systems, Super Breed™ requires no in-cage power units, reducing bird stress and allowing entire rows or houses to be fed at once.
The egg collection system is designed for gentle handling, hygiene, and efficiency. Eggs roll out smoothly at a controlled speed on a 7° slope onto 96 mm woven polypropylene belts, reinforced for durability against temperature and humidity. Fibre brushes continuously clean the belts to maintain hygiene, while optional egg protector wires can be added for additional safety. Each tier is powered by an independent 0.25 HP geared motor with chain-and-sprocket drives for smooth belt operation, supported by user-friendly controls and locking limit switches for easy motor shut-off. Special stainless steel rods with soft tubes absorb running shocks, reducing egg cracks and preserving egg quality. Together, these features ensure a reliable, efficient, and farmer-friendly egg collection process that reduces losses and maximizes hatchability.
