Our pullet rearing cages are built for durability, efficiency, and bird welfare. Standard cage sizes are 24" wide × 20" or 25" deep × 16" high, available in 2 to 6 tiers with or without a catwalk system. Farmers can choose between wire mesh or solid steel dividers, while the floors are constructed using heavy-duty 12-gauge wire mesh in 1"×1" or 0.75"×1.5" options, galvanized after welding for superior strength and longevity. All steel components are manufactured from commercial-grade 275 GSM galvanized steel, with 8' row sections supported every 4' on 14-gauge U-channel galvanized legs with adjustable feet for precise leveling. The watering system is designed to provide consistent hydration throughout all stages of pullet development. In the start tiers, stainless steel 360° nipple drinkers are fitted at two per cage, spaced 15" apart, and supplied by dual 22 mm water lines, with optional cups available. An adjustable water pipe runs through each cage, allowing height changes via a winching mechanism at the end of the row. In the grow tiers, a shared 28 mm water line per tier is positioned over the cage back, with nipples spaced 10" apart, supported by drip troughs, regulators, stand kits, and a flush breather kit. This system ensures natural drinking behavior and reliable water access at every stage of growth.
A precision winching mechanism allows smooth water level adjustments from 0 to 12 inches using a specially designed knuckle spanner, ensuring correct alignment with pullet growth. Feeding is enhanced through a remotely adjustable feed slider, enabling the shield to be repositioned for consistent conservation as birds mature. Wide feeding spaces with sliding doors allow faster and safer chick handling, while the innovative trolley feeding system ensures rapid and uniform feed distribution across the flock, supporting healthier, more uniform growth
